Perry received his BA degree at Grimmel College with a concentration in Chemistry. He has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on patient return to prior level of function by using PT interventions, plans of care and wellness training.

She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado and has received her clinical training in the areas of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Pediatrics.

Val Kshirsagar, P.T., O.C.S, C.H.T. License #PT33476 has worked in physical therapy for over twenty years.  Val graduated from the University of Bombay with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.  Val is a registered physical therapist, is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy, and is also a certified hand therapist.  She founded and operated her own outpatient physical therapy facility in Cincinnati, Ohio that grew to two locations. Val is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and our Rehabilitation Department Manager at Alliance.

License #PT11607 has worked in occupational medicine and outpatient orthopedics for over twenty years.  Ragini graduated from the University of Bombay with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.  Ragini has developed and conducted Back and Neck care classes and performed on-site ergonomic assessments.  She has taken a number of continuing education courses to further develop her skills in manual therapy of the spine and extremities as well as spinal stabilization and exercise training and management of workplace injuries. Ragini is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.
