Sapna Sheth Rajput, DO License #20A9578 received her Bachelors of Science in Genetics from the University of California at Davis.  She graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2004. She completed her residency in Family Medicine through the San Jose-O’Connor Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, which is affiliated with Stanford University School of Medicine.  She is Board Certified in Family Practice.  Dr. Sheth Rajput is proficient in Intermediate Gujarati.
