Detective Sergeant Felicia Dolores and Detective Jesse Moreno are law enforcement officers from the California Department of Insurance, Fraud Division, Silicon Valley Regional Office. Their primary duty is to ensure public safety through the detection, investigation, and arrest of insurance fraud offenders; and to reduce the overall incidence of insurance fraud through anti-fraud outreach. They conduct a variety of specialized criminal investigations in the counties of Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito that pertain to insurance fraud within four primary programs: Auto Insurance Fraud; Workers' Compensation Fraud; Property/Casualty Fraud; and Healthcare/Disability Fraud. |

Jaishree Acharya, M.D. License #A52653 has been practicing in occupational medicine since 2000. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Government Medical College Bellary in India. She completed her post graduation internship at Martin Luther King/Drew Hospital in Los Angeles. She became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1995 and became a Qualified Medical Examiner in 2004. She also was a full time physician caring for 5000 team members at the NUMMI GM/Toyota auto plant for six years. Dr. Acharya is proficient in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Dr. Acharya is the lead physician in our Milpitas facility. |
