Fitness for duty examinations or medical evaluations determine the ability of a worker to return to duty or their fitness for duty. Many times employees’ personal physicians may release a patient back to work without understanding the full scope of an employee’s job and their potential risk of injury.  We can evaluate if the employee is fully able to do their job or if any restrictions may be indicated to protect the employee and employer.
