Medical Care for Injured Workers
We offer immediate medical care for injured workers with on site medical staff, x-ray, pharmacy, orthopedic surgery consultation, physical medicine and rehabilitation consulation, EMG/NCV diagnostic testing, QME examinations, and physical therapy services for convenience and accessibility for patients.
Wide Range of Physical Exams
Basic physicals are done to determine if an applicant is physically capable of meeting the requirements of the job. We will also ask your applicant to complete a medical and occupational history questionnaire, which will be reviewed by the medical provider to keep on file as a baseline of the applicant’s medical condition when they started to work for your corporation. Our medical provider will either fully clear the applicant for the position or specify restrictions based on the medical history and examination. This will allow the employer to determine if reasonable accommodations can be made in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We also do SPECIALIZED physical exams for respirator usage, Emergency Response Teams, Hazardous Material handlers, Department of Motor Vehicles, Fitness for Duty, and Travel Medical Examinations

Travel Medical Examinations
Businesses increasingly must operate in the global marketplace. For these businesses, employees are not only traveling abroad frequently, but in many cases living for extended periods of time in foreign countries. The risk of illness increases with increased total travel time, and in many cases reaches 60-75%. Illness can be costly in terms of lost productivity, exposing employee to substandard medical care and extraordinary medical costs. Travel medicine’s purpose is to keep the traveler free from illness or accident. Most physicians are not aware of specific travel-related issues, don't stock specialized vaccines (such as yellow fever and Typhoid), and are unfamiliar with tropical diseases. Pre-travel consultations can be complex; our staff is familiar with these complex issues. Additionally, under the International Health Regulations, certain international travelers must have proof of vaccination, requiring a properly signed and validated International Certificate of Vaccination. Factors affecting the risk of illness while traveling are: the country or region the traveler is going tom if the region is rural or urban, the trip duration, use of malaria prophylaxis, past vaccinations, personal risk-taking behavior, and personal health status. Our practitioners can help you by providing the latest information and counseling on appropriate preventive measures as well as immunizations and Certificates of Vaccination. Services includes:
Travelers should be seen as soon as possible before their departure. This allows for a thorough evaluation of the traveler’s health, and outline of immunization schedules, and time for the immunization to take effect.
Vaccinations & Immunizations
We can provide hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza vaccines as well as many other vaccinations required for travel abroad. Some services may be arranged on site at your company if a large enough group requires vaccinations.
